Summer Study Group: Philosophies of Memory and Imagination 2022.7.12 START!!

Each week, we invite a researcher to guide us on a topic in the philosophies of memory and/or imagination. The guides will offer reading material, give a brief overview, and lead the discussion. Our invited guides include Tony Cheng, Alex Erler, Brown Hsieh, and Shen-yi Liao.During the discussion, all participants are encouraged to share their thoughts, questions, interesting papers they have read, potential research directions, etc. The discussion does not have to strictly follow or be limited to the material provided.Please note that the guides won’t be giving lectures or talks but leading research discussions. At the same time, we will do our best to make it accessible for participants without any background in philosophies of memory and imagination.We will meet every Tuesday morning (10:00 am-12:00 pm) starting from July 12th to August 16th (6 weeks) online. The study group will take place online.
